Job Overview
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Complex Care workers to provide exceptional support and assistance to service users based in Norwich and surrounding areas. The service users have complex care needs, and experience in Stroke, tracheostomy, epilepsy, suctioning and Manual Handling will be needed. The ideal candidate will have a genuine desire to improve the quality of life for those in their care, demonstrating patience, empathy, and professionalism. This paid position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference while developing valuable skills in Complex Care and more.
You will be working on a full-time rota which will be given to you 3 months in advance, and you will be paid weekly. There are working days and night available.
