Salary
£39,076 - £43,909 per annum (including London Weighting Allowance)
Hours
Full-time, 35 hours per week
Responsibilities
* Maintaining and recovering critical building systems
* Leading planned preventative maintenance
* Managing fault finding and emergency responses
* Supporting water management and stock control
* Ensuring health, safety, and environmental compliance
* Occasionally working at height or in confined spaces
* Delivering a high level of customer-focused service
Qualifications
* A City & Guilds or NVQ Level 3 in M&E (electrical bias preferred)
* Managerial experience and strong MS Office skills
* A solid understanding of Health & Safety regulations
* Experience in complex building services
* The ability to work under pressure and without supervision
Desirable/Bonus
* First Aid trained, Legionella aware, or IOSH certified
