Please note that this is a full-time role working 35 hours per week, with full flexibility including working alternate weekends. As an Activities Co-ordinator at HC-One, kindness is at the core of everything you do, impacting our Dementia, Nursing, Residential, and Specialist care homes. You will plan and implement activities to delight residents, assist with fundraising events, and promote social engagement based on residents' hobbies, always with kindness. We seek someone with experience working with vulnerable individuals, ideally developing activity programmes. Your positive energy, planning, organisational, and IT skills are essential, along with your ability to communicate considerately. Safeguarding awareness and training are mandatory, including recognizing signs of abuse or neglect and knowing how to report concerns.
