Enablement Worker (Care at Home) role at NHS Highland
This is a rewarding post, assisting with the care and well-being of local community clients. The post holder will deliver a high standard of care to older adults in their own home to support independence with activities of daily living. Some care experience is essential, but all training will be provided for the suitable candidate.

Working pattern and benefits
* Great work/life balance with 4 days on and 4 days off.

Location and shifts
* Evening shifts required: 4.30pm – 9.30pm.
* Travel to Badenoch and Strathspey community clients is part of the role.
* Driving licence and access to a car are required.
