Job Overview
The Front of House Ambassador plays a vital role in creating a positive and welcoming experience for all guests, clients, and employees. As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service, ensuring a professional and friendly environment, and upholding the organisations values.
This position involves providing seamless front-of-house operations, supporting daily office or site activities, and delivering personalized solutions to meet guest needs. Key Responsibilities
Guest Welcome and Support: Greeting all visitors, clients, and employees warmly and professionally, ensuring they feel valued and supported.
Reception Duties: Managing the front desk, including handling inquiries, answering calls, and coordinating appointments or meetings.
Operational Excellence: Maintaining a clean, organised, and efficient reception area, ensuring all guest-facing spaces reflect the brand's high standards.
