What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be the go‑to HR partner for your client groups, providing end‑to‑end support across all aspects of people management. From shaping workforce plans to guiding organisational change, you’ll help leaders make informed decisions that drive performance and engagement.
Your role will involve coaching managers, supporting talent development, and ensuring succession planning aligns with future business needs. You’ll also lead on employee relations, reward processes, and play a key role in driving forward diversity initiatives, creating a positive and inclusive environment for all.
Collaboration is key – you’ll work closely with HR colleagues, recruitment teams, and EDF Group specialists and other employing entities to deliver joined‑up solutions that meet strategic objectives while maintaining compliance and fairness.
Who You Are
You’re an experienced HR professional who thrives in complex environments and enjoys influencing at all levels. With strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence, you can build trust and challenge constructively to achieve the best outcomes.
Ideally, you’ll hold or be working towards CIPD membership and have proven experience partnering with senior leaders and diverse stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is essential.
