We are an international market leader in the marine services industry expanding near coastal towage services in the UK. We are seeking a Deckhand to join the Ayton Cross, supporting safe and efficient towage operations in UK ports and along the UK coastline.

Key Responsibilities
As a Deckhand, you’ll play an integral role in ensuring the smooth and safe operation of the vessel.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
* Assisting with Planned Maintenance and maintaining the vessel’s cleanliness, safety standards, and equipment checks.
* Operating under the Master’s guidance to ensure safety and efficiency.
* Taking ownership of the vessel, including proactive involvement in safety and operational standards.
* Performing both deck and engine-related tasks as required, showcasing adaptability and teamwork.
* Undertaking mandatory training for personal and professional development.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking individuals with a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for maritime operations.
Minimum Qualifications
* Able Seaman or Navigational Watch Rating Certificate, including EDH.
* Harbour, terminal or coastal towage experience.
* Valid ENG1 medical certificate and STCW Basic Safety Training, with at least 6 months validity.
* Full UK Driving Licence and the legal right to work in the UK.
