Were now looking for a Facilities & Office Manager (part time) to keep our workplaces running smoothly, safely and efficiently. This is a hands-on role with plenty of variety perfect for someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems and creating a welcoming environment for staff, volunteers and visitors.
What youll be doing
1. Overseeing the day-to-day running of our London offices and facilities
2. Managing contractors, suppliers, repairs and building maintenance
3. Acting as our Health & Safety lead, completing checks and keeping records up to date
4. Looking after office systems, IT equipment (with external support), phones and access control
5. Coordinating office moves and supporting the set-up of our new Lambeth premises
