This role involves providing strong leadership and support in collaboration with the Theatre Manager within the Post‑Operative Care Unit. As the post holder, you will have oversight and responsibility for your designated recovery team, working alongside an established and experienced Band 6 leadership group. Our department comprises 15 theatres, including dedicated eye and elective orthopaedic units, delivering both planned and emergency surgical services.
