Job Purpose, Tasks, and Responsibilities:
As part of the ICA training team, you will deliver live, virtual classrooms to students, primarily via Teams or Zoom, from home, with some in-person sessions at our Birmingham office.
You will leverage your AML, Sanctions, or Customer Due Diligence expertise to support Course Directors and Global Leads in updating course materials.
You will be responsible for facilitating engaging virtual classrooms, updating course manuals, supporting students, promoting best practices, creating bespoke training solutions, and delivering compliance briefings.
