About the Role As a Maths Teacher, you will: Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 (KS5 desirable but not essential). Use data and assessment to track progress and support pupils of varying abilities. Create a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students can succeed. Contribute to curriculum development and departmental improvement. Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practice and develop effective teaching strategies. Maintain high expectations for behaviour, achievement, and engagement. About You We are looking for someone who: Holds QTS or QTLS (ECTs and experienced teachers welcome). Has strong subject knowledge and a passion for teaching Maths. Can deliver creative, differentiated lessons that motivate learners. Demonstrates strong classroom management and communication skills. Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people. Maintains a proactive, reflective, and positive approach to professional practice.
