Accounts Payable Apprentice
Conrad Energy are currently recruiting for an AP Apprentice to join their growing team. We are committed to fostering a dynamic and inclusive workplace where our employees thrive. This role sits within a team of 4 that reports into the AP Manager. You will have ownership of a set of supplier accounts, including monthly reconciliations.

The role
As an AP Apprentice you will be responsible for:
Processing and entering supplier invoices making sure that they are matched to PO's correctly
Resolving supplier queries and covering other team members accounts when they are away from the business.
You will assist in compiling weekly payments, ensuring that invoices are settled within their agreed payment terms.
There is a shared mailbox that you will work on with the team, making sure that any items are re-directed / actioned on a daily basis.
You will maintain excellent relationships with both internal and external customers
Sorting and distributing of daily post
Any other ad hoc duties
Skills required
Knowledge/interest in an AP role, including multi entity
Organised with attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office
As this is an apprenticeship-style role, comprehensive training will be provided, including the opportunity to complete a recognised apprenticeship qualification.
