Jockey Club Institute for Medical Education and Development (JCIMED)
Hong Kong Academy of Medicine (HKAM) is a statutory body established to train and accredit specialist doctors and dentists in Hong Kong. The Academy has set up the Jockey Club Institute for Medical Education and Development (JCIMED) to enhance postgraduate medical education. The JCIMED of the HKAM now recruits the following staff.
(Monthly Salary : MPS 17 – 27 ; $38,715 - $61,865)
Main Responsibilities
Assist the Senior Manager to implement system development and maintenance for eHKAM initiatives, including LMS, eHKAM Portal, eHKAM App, single sign-on service, system integration, and new projects.
Develop and maintain API services under the eHKAM environment.
Manage system administrative works under the eHKAM environment and provide training to supporting staff.
Collaborate with internal development team and external system developers, and provide consultancy service to partner Colleges for system integration.
Conduct data analytics and prepare reports on system usage and e-learning initiatives for senior management.
To perform any other duties as the Academy may determine to be relevant with the post.
Requirements
University Degree in Computer Science / Engineering, Information Technology / Systems, Business Administration or related fields.
At least 8 years working experience in large scale IT system development and project management.
Good understanding in learning management system and knowledge of continuous professional development in professional sector is an advantage.
Have strong sense of IT system security.
Hands-on experience in IT system development.
In-depth knowledge of AWS Cognito, Google Workspace, and OAuth2 is an advantage.
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
Good communication skills in both written and spoken Chinese and English.
Willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
