Our client, a small construction company based in Lyng, Norfolk is currently recruiting for an office administrator to join their small team working from their office in Lyng.
Hours negotiable
Monday- Friday.
The client will consider flexible hours but ideally a 9am start.
Own transport required due to location.
Duties include -
- Assisting the company owner with day to day administration.
- Basic accounts and invoicing.
- Ordering materials
- Answering phone calls and dealing with day to day enquiries.
- Responding to E-mails.
Skills and experience
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Polite telephone manner
- Ability to use initiative to deal with issues that arise and find a solution.
- Good IT skills
