About the Role
As Warehouse Team Leader, you'll be at the heart of our fast-paced warehouse operation, leading, motivating, and coaching a team of operatives to deliver a world-class service. You'll build strong relationships across the business and with our customers, ensuring accuracy, quality, and efficiency are at the forefront of everything we do.
You'll be responsible for:
Inspiring and guiding your team to meet daily goals and KPIs.
Supporting customer-specific needs and ensuring service levels remain consistently high.
Identifying and implementing process improvements in collaboration with your line manager.
Overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth workflow across shifts.
