ECOMMERCE PRODUCT MARKETING MANAGER

Details

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing, global, multi-channel business based in Devon. If you’re a bright, commercial, and digitally savvy professional looking to take the next step in your eCommerce career, we’d love to hear from you.

At Wilton Bradley, we specialise in the design, development, and supply of consumer products across the Sports, Leisure, and Toy markets. We distribute both our own brands and licensed products B2C and to national and independent retailers across the UK and worldwide. Our exciting brand portfolio includes household names such as Lay-Z-Spa, Bestway, Osprey Action Sports, and Xootz, and we represent several global brands in the UK market.

What You’ll Be Doing

As eCommerce Product Marketing Manager, you’ll play a central role in our eCommerce strategy. You’ll take full ownership of managing and optimising our product ranges and listings across all digital sales channels — including B2C websites, B2B customer websites, and major marketplaces like Amazon, B&Q and Decathlon.

You’ll lead our product team, working closely with colleagues across marketing, sales, and operations to ensure our products not only launch successfully but convert and perform exceptionally well throughout the product lifecycle. This role blends creativity, commercial acumen, and technical know-how — the ideal next step for someone ready to make a meaningful impact in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.

* Present our diverse range of brands and products in the best possible way, through best-in-class product listings & exceptional content, across our B2C websites, B2B customer websites, and marketplaces.
* Oversee our online product lifecycle — from launch to optimisation — ensuring alignment with the marketing calendar.
* Analyse performance data and marketplace trends to identify opportunities, address underperformance, and inform product decisions.
* Monitor product reviews, Q&As, and feedback to optimise content and support customer review programmes.
* Act as the eCommerce lead on the implementation and post-launch management of a new PIM system.
* Actively police and protect listings from fraudulent sellers across all platforms.
* Manage a small team of talented & driven product marketers, each with their own specialities.
* Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, photography & designs to deliver cohesive, customer-centric content & digital experiences.
* Manage the upload of Product Compliance, Health & Safety and Quality Management documentation to our marketplaces, alongside our QA team.
* Participate in architecture discussions, capacity planning, and the implementation of new infrastructure solutions.
* Adhere to stated policies and procedures relating to Health & Safety and Quality Management
* Any other tasks deemed by the Company to be necessary for the successful completion of the role.

What We’re Looking For

You are a collaborative and adaptable Systems Engineer who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You can confidently engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure the reliability, security, and performance of our hybrid server infrastructure. You should be comfortable handling both project work and third-line support escalations when required. A proactive attitude, the ability to work independently, and strong team collaboration skills are key.

Can you?

* Proven experience in an eCommerce role (marketplace or digital retail preferred).
* Experience with platforms like Shopify & Amazon is a big plus — but not essential.
* Excellent analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
* Strong organisational and project management skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong internet literacy.
* Comfortable managing content via CMS and/or PIM systems (training provided if needed).
* Experience with A/B testing is a plus.

Are you?

* A proactive, “can do” attitude with the confidence to take initiative.
* An inspiring and nurturing leader.
* Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative, motivated team.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Eagerness to learn and grow within a fast-paced, evolving digital landscape.
* A sense of humour and a flexible mindset — especially during seasonal peaks.

What We Offer

At Wilton Bradley, you’ll be part of a dynamic team that values innovation, collaboration, and high performance. You’ll have the chance to work on exciting global brands, take ownership of meaningful projects, and shape the future of our digital product strategy. This role offers genuine progression opportunities within a forward-thinking business that’s scaling rapidly.
