Join Nurseplus as a Support Worker – Make a Difference Every Day We are looking for experienced Support Workers to support Young People aged between 18 to 25 years in their first accomodation since leaving the care system. Having turned of age where they are no longer young enough to remain in residential care, these young people still require help to adjust to adult life. Duties include help will household chores, attending appointments, emotional support, job seeking, shopping and generally engaging in meaningful activities. Shift times are 24-hours long; 8.00am to 11.00pm with an 11.00pm to 8.00am sleep in At Nurseplus, every shift you work is an opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of those in need. As a Support Worker, you’ll be providing high-quality care across a range of settings, from elderly care to individuals with learning disabilities, mental health challenges, and more complex care needs.
