Core Responsibilities
1. Delivering high-quality, enquiry-based lessons that challenge students to think critically about the relationship between people and their environment.
2. Teaching the "Physical" curriculum, including plate tectonics, weather hazards, and coastal landscapes, with a focus on process and impact.
3. Guiding students through "Human" geography modules, such as the changing economic world, global development, and sustainable urban living.
4. Preparing Year 11 students for GCSE Geography, ensuring they are confident in map skills, data interpretation, and the application of diverse case studies.
5. Leading and organizing mandatory and enrichment fieldwork trips, ensuring students develop robust primary data collection and analysis skills.

The Successful Candidate We are looking for a global-minded educator who is as comfortable in the field as they are in the classroom. Requirements include:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a degree in Geography, Environmental Science, or a related field.
* A proven ability to make complex spatial concepts accessible and exciting for students of all abilities.
* A strong understanding of the current GCSE specifications (e.g., AQA, Edexcel, or OCR B).
* Excellent ICT skills, particularly in the use of digital mapping and data visualization tools.
