Housing Registration Assistant needed in Islington, £22.14ph PAYE - Reference: RQ1699721 To assist in reviewing all applicantions on Islington’s housing register and to amend and reassess applications where necessary. To participate in all phone and face to face duty to customers as and when required. To ensure housing reviews are dealt with in accordance with Isington’s Allocation scheme. To assist customers in completing application forms and to explain the allocations scheme. To liase and notify applicants by phone and in writing regarding their review and review decisions. To undertake follow up enquiries and correspondence and liaise with Area Housing Office and other external agencies/partners where necessary. This is a full time role on a temporary basis.
