Roger Skinner Limited is seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Services Advisor to join our team.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customer enquiries and will play a key role in ensuring a smooth and efficient ordering process. We are looking for someone with a proactive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a strong customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
* Answer incoming telephone calls and responding to customer enquiries in a professional and timely manner
* Provide support for order processing and customer account management
* Liaise with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met efficiently
* Assist with general administrative duties related to customer service and sales support
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Desirable Experience
* Previous experience in a customer service or office support role
* Familiarity with Amazon Vendor Central or similar platforms is highly desirable
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
