The Site Support Specialist plays a central role in ensuring high standards are clearly communicated and upheld on construction sites across the UK and Ireland. You will provide hands‑on technical support, assess installation challenges, deliver product training, and act as the expert link between our customers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Provide first‑level onsite technical support for customers.
Visit new and existing customers, offering onsite guidance.
Assess installation challenges and provide practical solutions
Deliver technical and operational support at UK construction sites.
Troubleshoot onsite issues, escalating complex problems where necessary.
Monitor project progress and escalate concerns to senior management.
Collaborate with site managers to identify training needs.
Provide feedback on potential sales opportunities to account managers.
Identify opportunities for improvements in training, installation methods, and product development.
Maintain accurate documents and detailed reports.
Manage workloads effectively and meet deadlines.
Deliver onsite product training and demonstrations
Travel nationwide (UK & Ireland) as required.
* Five days on site, occasional office days as required.
* Site reports completed within 24 hours.
* Report subcontractors and product manufacturers used on each site.
Skills & Attributes Required
We are seeking a hardworking, loyal team player with the following qualities:
Construction industry experience.
Able to work effectively under pressure.
Full clean UK driving licence.
Excellent attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
Team‑focused, friendly and approachable.
Keen to learn and progress.
