You will advise on complex real estate matters, working alongside our Property department and external clients to deliver strategic legal solutions. The range of transactions you'll contribute to will be extensive, and you'll be encouraged to leverage your expertise and build relationships across the property sector.
Key clients include: Property developers, institutional investors, REITs, private landlords, and multinational corporations involved in significant real estate transactions across the UK and internationally.

What you'll need:
5. Significant experience in property law with a focus on commercial real estate transactions.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a transaction team.
8. Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
9. Adaptability and enthusiasm for varied assignments.
10. Must be a SRA or Law Society of Scotland registered lawyer.
