We're a purpose-led, people-first global consultancy, known for combining sharp thinking with smart technology and a big dose of heart. Our global team of “Roaders” helps clients create travel programs that align with their business goals and values. If that balance matters to you too, you’re in the right place.
Role: You’ll own the management and use of our Professional Services Automation (PSA) platform, Scoro, work closely with our project managers and leaders, and provide hands-on finance support. Your work will keep our client projects running smoothly, invoices accurate, and data at our fingertips.
Responsibilities include:
* Manage and update people & company records.
* Manage sales reports and collaborate with Sales & Marketing teams.
* Manage scope, project, and task setup within Scoro.
* Prepare client invoices and expenses.
* Close projects and ensure quality checks.
* Provide project-level reporting to leads and the Head of Consulting.
* Manage payroll processes and liaise with finance teams.
* Maintain outsourcing reporting and collaborate with the Head of Outsourcing.
* Investigate expense and invoice anomalies.
* Support finance reporting and processes.
* Manage system users, licenses, and provide training.
* Handle system configuration and support issues.
* Track updates and improve processes to reduce manual work.
* Build partnerships with Scoro for system optimization.
* Respond to data requests and identify automation opportunities.
Qualifications:
* Confidence with numbers, data, and financial terminology.
* Experience with finance tools like Scoro or Xero is a plus.
* Attention to detail and accuracy.
* Clear communication skills, comfortable across time zones.
* Self-management and deadline adherence.
* Interest in process improvement and technology use.
Our Values:
* Independent, strategic advice focused on client needs.
* Transparency and integrity in all dealings.
* Respect, care, and openness.
* Vibrant, diverse, and empowered team culture.
Benefits & Perks:
* 100% remote, UK-based role with autonomy.
* Empowerment to own your role and make a difference.
* Diverse and supportive global team.
* Competitive pay, 25 days’ leave, pension, and policies.
* Focus on well-being and personal growth.
