Sharmans Cross Junior School – Office Manager and PA to Headteacher
We are currently seeking an experienced, motivated and highly organised Office Manager to join and lead our welcoming team at Sharmans Cross Junior School. The role offers variety, responsibility and the chance to be part of a vibrant school community.
Responsibilities
* Oversee the daily operations of the school office.
* Lead on administration, admissions and general office organisation.
* Provide PA support to the Headteacher and liaise with parents, staff and stakeholders.
* Maintain accurate records, manage DBS checks.
* Act as the Data Protection Officer.
* Support school events and communications.
* Contribute to finance processes, HR administration and first aid duties.
Qualifications
* Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar school-based role.
* Confident communicator with strong organisational and leadership skills.
* Familiarity with school systems (e.g. SIMS) is highly desirable.
* Able to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple priorities.
