The fast-growing M&A Operations team specializes in operational aspects during the transaction lifecycle, including pre-deal due diligence, performance evaluations, synergy and carve-out assessments, divestments, and post-deal 100-day plans. The team comprises experienced professionals with backgrounds in HR, pensions, share plans, and operational elements of acquisitions and divestments, forming a core part of Deloitte's market-leading M&A Transaction Services group, which supports over 600 professionals across all industry sectors in EMEA.

Your role involves providing HR Due Diligence expertise across industry sectors, delivering services such as exit readiness, vendor and acquiror due diligence, and post-signing reviews.
Responsibilities include:
* Conducting buy- and sell-side HR due diligence
* Analyzing financial implications of HR issues, contributing to Quality of Earnings and Net Debt adjustments
* Assessing future HR operational plans, carve-out impacts, and stand-alone HR costs for buyouts and divestments
* Collaborating with Transaction Services, Tax & Legal, and global Deloitte teams for comprehensive deal services
* Managing engagement scope and client deliverables
* Leading daily engagement delivery and client relationships
* Supporting service development, training, and team mentoring
