Our small, friendly rural primary school just outside of Grimsby is seeking a Teaching Assistant to provide consistent 1:1 support for two children with significant social, emotional and behavioural needs.
This is a rewarding role where you will genuinely change outcomes for children who need a trusted adult to help them feel safe, regulated and successful.
About the Role
Your day will involve two key responsibilities:
Daily Travel & 1:1 Support for a Year 2 Child
Support Within a year 1 classroom
You will be great in this role is you are
Resilient, calm, and confident when supporting behaviours that challenge
Experienced working with children with SEMH needs
Able to build trust and strong relationships through consistency and empathy
Adaptable and able to remain professional in emotionally demanding situations
Committed to safeguarding and the wellbeing of vulnerable pupils
