Theyre now seeking a talented Financial Controller to take the lead across their group Finance function.
The Role This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced, hands-on Financial Controller who enjoys working closely with senior leadership and influencing business direction. Youll oversee the financial operations across all group companies, manage a small but capable team, and play a key role in strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities Lead, develop, and support a finance team of three Oversee financial reporting across all 8 businesses, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of management accounts Manage cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting, offering actionable insights to the Managing Director Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and internal policies Drive continuous improvements in processes and reporting across the group Work closely with external accountants, auditors, and banking partners Provide financial modelling and analysis to support strategic initiatives
What Were Looking For Strong experience in a similar financial management or controller role qualification or QBE Background in the property industry is strongly preferred Confident user of Xero, particularly in multi-entity environments Excellent leadership and communication skills Analytical, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-company setting Ability to juggle competing priorities with accuracy and calm
