Role Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Baby Room Leader to oversee the daily care and development of our youngest children. Youll lead your team to create a calm, loving environment that supports secure attachments, early learning, and individual routines.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead the daily operation of the Baby Room, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment.
2. Provide warm, responsive care that supports babies physical, emotional, and developmental needs.
3. Plan and deliver engaging sensory and exploratory activities based on EYFS principles.
4. Supervise, support, and inspire your room team.
5. Build strong partnerships with parents, sharing daily feedback and developmental milestones.
6. Complete observations, assessments, and individual development plans using the EYFS framework.
7. Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and safeguarding at all times.
