The Role: As a Senior Associate in the Tax & Share Incentives team, you will work alongside senior lawyers and partners to provide high-quality tax advice on a range of complex matters. Your responsibilities will include: Corporate Tax: Advising on share and asset sales, purchases, and restructurings, ensuring tax efficiency and compliance. Employee Share Incentives & Employment Tax: Offering legal drafting and technical advice on employee share schemes and associated employment tax issues. Real Estate Tax: Providing advice on SDLT, VAT, and other real estate tax matters, including compliance and strategic planning. Other Tax Matters: Supporting on various tax issues such as stamp duty, VAT, and transactional tax matters as they arise. Why Apply? Candidate Profile: Qualified Lawyer (ideally 3-6 years' PQE) with solid experience in corporate tax, employment tax, or share incentives work. Experience in corporate tax and/or share incentives matters is essential; real estate tax experience is a plus. A proactive and client-focused approach, with an interest in business development and building long-term client relationships.
