About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Call Center Manager with a solar background to build, train, and lead our outbound solar calling team. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll create structure, optimize performance, and develop a high-quality appointment-setting operation from the ground up.
Call Center Management (required)
Solar call center experience required
Base Pay:
40 hours/week
(Base + commissions + performance bonuses)
Key Responsibilities
Build and manage a high-performance outbound solar call center team
Hire, train, coach, and mentor callers & appointment setters
Create scripts, workflows, KPIs, and performance tracking systems
Oversee daily operations (calls, follow-ups, CRM usage, lead distribution)
Collaborate with sales leadership to improve lead quality & conversions
Set weekly goals and ensure call volume + appointment targets are met
Provide performance reports to senior leadership
Maintain professionalism and consistent homeowner communication
Required Qualifications
Proven solar call center experience (required)
Experience managing or leading a call center team
Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
Ability to build scripts, training programs, and KPIs
Experience with CRM systems and outbound calling tools
Strong problem-solving skills and an accountability leadership style
Organized, adaptable, and able to work independently
Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 40 hours per week.
