A supportive and inclusive SEMH primary school based in Slough, are looking for a committed SEMH Teaching Assistant to join their team. This role involves working closely with pupils who have social, emotional, and mental health needs, helping to maintain a positive learning environment, supporting behaviour management, and assisting with the delivery of lessons across the school. Key Responsibilities: Provide tailored support to pupils with SEMH needs Assist the class teacher with planning and delivering engaging lessons Promote and maintain positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing Help create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment Requirements: Experience working with children with SEMH or additional needs (preferred) Strong behaviour management skills A patient, empathetic, and resilient attitude Must have Full Time Right to Work in the UK Valid DBS or willing to apply Express your intrest by applying for the Job.
