The role of Scheme Manager will include:
1. Providing administrative support for the delivery of high quality and value for money housing services
2. Assisting with part of the lettings process, including viewings, pre-void inspections and key management
3. Conducting compliance checks and scheme inspections to ensure health and safety regulations are met
4. Maintaining accurate records and manage extensive computer work efficiently
5. Liaising with external organisations such as Care and Support Agencies and Adult Social Services concerning additional support requirements/safeguarding referrals
6. Identifying and report potential repairs or faults at the scheme and monitor to completion
7. Effectively managing low level anti-social behaviour, which may include gathering relevant information to support this and manage the complaint process for the service area
Skills and experiences:
8. Previous experience working with older people or vulnerable client groups
9. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills to build strong relationships
10. Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
11. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
12. A full, valid driving licence is essential due to travel requirements

23. £18,607 per annum (rising to £19,183 per annum after 12 months, subject to satisfactory performance)
The full time equivalent salary for this role is £25,374 based on 37.5 hours per week rising to £26,159 after 12 months service and subject to satisfactory performance
