Internal Opportunity: Digital Mobilisation Support (Secondment – until 31st March 2026)
We’re excited to offer a secondment opportunity for a Digital Mobilisation Support role, reporting to Emily Widgery (DSP Owner).
This role is central to FitzRoy’s digital transformation journey, supporting the onboarding of new services and individuals into our systems. You’ll play a key part in embedding digital support planning, ensuring data quality, and helping teams confidently use new tools such as the DSP, Occurrence App, and Risk App.
We’re looking for someone who is:

What you’ll do
5. Support services through onboarding and digital integration
6. Provide training and hands-on guidance to managers and teams
7. Audit and transition support plans into FitzRoy’s digital platforms
8. Act as a subject matter expert during mobilisation phases
9. Ensure compliance and quality assurance across all records

Experience
10. Data entry with high levels of quality checking
11. Working with support plans, including risk management and Mental Capacity toolkits
12. Using FitzRoy’s internal digital systems
13. Supporting peers with new ways of working
14. Handling large amounts of confidential data
15. Building inclusive teams that embrace technology and its benefits
Knowledge
16. GDPR basics and data/information control
17. Needs and rights of people with learning disabilities
Key Skills
18. Excellent ability to extract information from multiple sources and input into systems
19. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
20. Clear written and oral communication skills
21. Ability to work independently or as part of a team

23. Proficient in using PowerApps
