Overview

IT Maintenance Service Centre Administrator

Location: SWAP Repair and Config Workshop, 2nd Floor, Hatfield

Hours: 08:30 to 16:30 (30 mins lunch) or 09:00 to 17:00 (30 mins lunch)

Role Type: Administrator


The Team

The SWAP Centre is a fast-paced environment with various customer builds that we support throughout the SWAP build and repair cycle function. This role supports the SWAP operation on a day-to-day basis.


Responsibilities

* Manage all assets coming into the workshop and liaise with relevant distribution teams to locate and amend discrepancies.
* Conduct regular audits to ensure reliable and up-to-date tracking of all assets.
* Collaborate with the Service Centre to request repair approvals from customer accounts.
* Order the correct parts required for engineers to repair assets to the standard expected by customers.
* Manage and distribute repair parts delivered to the workshop to ensure correct pairing and timely repair of assets.
* Maintain and prepare manifests for used/DOA/not used parts to ensure correct pathing and reduce delays.
* Log, re-log and/or reopen live calls for assets to consult with external departments or companies for sourcing parts or work.
* Perform general housekeeping to prevent backlogs and provide continuous, fluent service to customers.
* Conduct asset and stock management sessions to maintain fluidity and prevent asset misplacement.
* Assist in specific tasks requiring prompt investigation and resolution.
* Maintain a functional and accurate location system to ensure precise asset management.
* Support 6S implementation and ongoing maintenance in the workshop.
