The NEXT Retail HR team is currently seeking a dynamic HR Specialist to join our team at the Head Office in Leicestershire. In this role, you will be a key player in supporting our Head Office operations to maintain a high level of service in a fast-paced environment.
About the role
As an HR Specialist, your main responsibilities include serving as the primary contact for employee relations queries, providing guidance on various HR matters, supporting investigations, and assisting with disciplinary actions, appeals, and grievances. Additionally, you will advise on probationary reviews, performance management issues, flexible working requests, and reasonable adjustments.
You will also stay informed about legislative changes and assess their impact on our policies and guidance.
