An exciting opportunity for a Breakfast Chef to work 40 hours a week at an English Country Inn located in the stunning Rutland countryside. You will be required to work five days out of seven on a rota basis, straight shifts from 7am to 3pm serving up to 20 covers. The inn offers breakfast service for residents, dishes are cooked from locally sourced seasonal ingredients. After breakfast service you will prepare for the next days service and may also assist the other chefs in the kitchen with their prep.
Requirements:
An experienced Breakfast Chef who has spent time in a similar role previously incorporating experience of cooking using fresh ingredients would be ideal for this role. It is important that all chefs applying for the role have the organisational skills needed to cope when working alone under pressure.
