We're now looking for a Warehouse First Line Manager to lead our operations and drive success.

✅WHAT YOU'LL DO
* Lead the Team: Supervise daily warehouse operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Your leadership will inspire and motivate our team to reach new heights!
* Management of stock accuracy across the site with a small team of warehouse colleagues.
* Meeting deadlines and targets as set within the daily/weekly/monthly Inventory Routine.
* Ensure that all daily duties, procedures and processes are completed and adhered to on a day to day basis and to ensure a high level of service is received by each customer
* Organise and lead the focus on improved productivity levels and ensure targets are met
* Daily communication with both customers on site regarding stock discrepancies and rework activities.

* Have strong operational knowledge of logistics and warehousing
* Previous First Line Manager Experience
* Strong Communicator
* Have a strategic mindset and a passion for problem-solving.
* You're a natural leader with excellent communication skills, able to inspire and engage your team
