Due to internal promotional and growth plans we're on the lookout for an experienced and talented Sales Administrator to join our team at Newett Homes head office in Thorp Arch, Wetherby.
This varied role will offer the opportunity to join a high energy and focused Sales team, whilst diving into several exciting projects and contribute to our ambitious growth plans.
As Sales Administrator, you will be expected to…
* To support all aspects of the Sales department in relation to administrative duties including but not limited to managing enquiries by telephone to support the sales team based out on our developments across Yorkshire
* To assist Sales Managers in relation to reports and processing of sales
* To assist with contracts and completions for the department
* To work alongside our marketing department
* To handle incoming calls to the office as a support function for the on site sales team
* To produce reports and documents relating to the performance of the department
* To manage stocks and assist the Sales Executives on site
We Are Looking For Someone Who Has…
* Experience in a fast-paced administrative environment is preferred, ideally within the housing sector or similar
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills across external parties and internal teams
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office packages for document creation and data management.
* The ability to efficiently multitask and prioritise tasks to support the sales team and meet deadlines
* A can-do attitude to effectively manage busy workload
