A welcoming and inclusive primary school in South West London is searching for an Aspiring Educational Psychologist to support pupils with a range of learning and social needs. This Aspiring Educational Psychologist role offers invaluable experience for graduates keen to understand how children learn and develop, particularly those with additional needs such as autism, ADHD, and speech or communication challenges.
As an Aspiring Educational Psychologist, you’ll work closely with the SENCO, class teachers, and external specialists, helping to deliver interventions and assess progress. This is an excellent opportunity for graduates planning to apply for a master’s or doctorate in Educational Psychology.

The Role:
* Supporting children with SEND across KS1 and KS2
* Implementing targeted learning and emotional interventions
* Tracking pupil progress and feeding back to teaching staff
* Working closely with families to promote positive outcomes
We’re Looking For:
* A 2:1 degree in Psychology (BPS-accredited preferred, but not essential)
* Previous child-based experience is desirable but not essential
* Interest in child development and special educational needs
* Positive, empathetic, and reflective approach
