Join to apply for the Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) role at Maltby Learning Trust.
The HLTA will work with young people and vulnerable families, delivering pastoral interventions and one-to-one support. In collaboration with the Designated Safeguarding Lead, you will engage with the Early Help process to ensure students and their families receive care and support.
Responsibilities
* Work as part of a team who are passionate about supporting children.
* Lead learning and sessions to children across the Primary Phase.
* Plan and deliver engaging lessons.
* Work collaboratively with parents, carers and other professionals to support children’s development.
Qualifications / The Successful Candidate Will
* Able to show a high degree of initiative and sound judgement.
* Experience in helping children to achieve their full social and academic potential.
* Resilient and able to work effectively under pressure.
* Creative with problem solving skills.
* Committed to continuous professional development and a willingness to learn.
* Confident in delivering in the classroom across the Primary Phase.
