Associate Dentist – Roseberry Dental Practice, Guisborough (Near Middlesbrough)

We are looking for a motivated and passionate Associate Dentist to join our friendly, approachable, and enthusiastic team at Roseberry Dental Practice, located in the beautiful market town of Guisborough, just 20 minutes from Middlesbrough.

* Use of an experienced Dental Hygienist
* Patient Treatment Coordinator
* Up to 1500 UDAs available but possible for more this year.
* Up to £15 per UDA
* Excellent Private Potential, particularly for GDP who is aesthetically minded
* From 45% up to 50% for private split
* 50/50 Split on Lab bills
What We're Looking For:
* A GDC registered dentist with an NHS Performer Number
* Excellent interpersonal skills and a caring, patient-centred approach
* Interest or experience in cosmetic treatments, short-term orthodontics, or facial aesthetics (desirable but not essential)
* A proactive attitude toward learning and development
* Empathy, diligence, and the ability to build strong patient relationships
* Up to 1500 UDAs available but possible for more this year.
* £15 per UDA
* Excellent Private Potential, particularly for GDP who is aesthetically minded
* From 45% up to 50% for private split
* 50/50 Split on Lab bills
* Care Stream R4 software
* Digital Intra-oral xrays
* Digital OPG
* Rotary Endodontics for both NHS and Private
