Description
As the Warehouse Operations Manager you will,
Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy, whilst building team engagement and performance
Review the warehouse layout and flow, driving corrective actions
Manage stock control and inventory, ensuring minimal discrepancies
Coordinate with the wider team to streamline supply chain processes and ensure the warehouse is set to deliver to customer goals
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the warehouse
Mentor and develop the team to build succession plans
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
Profile
A successful Warehouse Operations Manager should have:
Proven experience in warehouse management supporting a retail store replenishment model
Strong knowledge of logistics and inventory management systems.
Proven leader with the ability to engage and drive performance in teams
Advocate of health and safety, driving behaviours across the team.
