You possess excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and are well-organized and adaptable. Reliability and the ability to work both individually and as part of a team are essential. You are educated to at least NVQ Level 3 in a relevant subject or hold an equivalent qualification. What the Job Involves Your role involves providing a range of activities to enable Children’s Services to meet its statutory obligations by delivering timely and effective business support services to Senior Managers and their service areas. You will lead delegated work activities specific to the service areas you support, encompassing interesting, varied, and challenging tasks. Key responsibilities include statistical and data analysis, minute taking, project support, and report writing. You must manage your time effectively and prioritize your workload. Some travel throughout the county is required, along with hybrid working arrangements. Skills Experience in children's social care or a similar environment Coordination of activities Proficiency with MS Office, especially spreadsheets and databases Knowledge of children's safeguarding issues Ability to extract, present, and convey accurate information Influencing and negotiation skills Confidence in decision-making Polite and efficient under pressure Attention to confidentiality and sensitivity in matters Commitment to personal performance enhancement
