Closing Date for Application: Thursday 06/11/2025 The Materials Operator will be responsible for ensuring the material plan is met and that all material is mixed (Unit 1 PVC mixer) for unit 1 demand. They will support the extrusion team by making sure that all material is correct & being supplied in day bins and silos. This person will oversee bag changes from the grinders and will work closely with all departments to ensure a timely response in removing and reducing segregated post-consumer material and packaging streams from localised areas around site whilst maintaining site cleanliness. Activities: Undertake mixing duties (Unit 1 PVC) Follow and adhere to the plan to ensure production needs are met Support and undertake planned trials with the QC department and material suppliers Distribute materials to the allocated day bins in Unit 2 following the daily plan Assess breakdowns, fix and or report via the job card system where required Ensure completion of housekeeping audit in all materials areas Ensure all TPM activities are completed in the mixer room Ensure correct information is submitted for shift report Ensure all production movements of material or packaging are recorded as appropriate on the paperwork provided and booked out on IFS with the paperwork processed on time.
