Sue Ross Legal are working on behalf of our client, a highly respected law firm, to recruit a Private Client Paralegal for a permanent, full-time position.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established and supportive legal practice with offices in Worksop and Retford. The successful candidate will assist in delivering a high-quality service across a range of Private Client matters, including Wills, Probate, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, and Estate Administration.
Key Responsibilities for the Private Client Paralegal role:
• Provide paralegal support to the Private Client team on a variety of cases, including Wills, Probate, and Estate Administration.
• Assist with preparing legal documents, drafting correspondence, and liaising with clients, beneficiaries, and external organisations.
• Carry out administrative duties such as file management, billing preparation, and maintaining accurate case records.
• Manage client appointments and support the drafting and execution of Wills and other legal documents.
• Ensure all work is completed in line with regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Be based primarily at the Worksop office, with the expectation of attending appointments and working some days in Retford.
Candidate Requirements for the Private Client Paralegal role:
• Previous experience within a Private Client department is essential.
• Knowledge of Wills, Probate, and Estate Administration processes.
• Excellent client care skills with a compassionate and professional manner.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a varied workload efficiently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and case management systems.
• Full UK driving licence and access to own transport is desirable due to travel between offices.
