Salary: £32,000 per annum
Full-time / Monday to Friday / Daytime Hours /40 hours per week

We are currently recruiting for a Chef Manager to join the catering team at pretigious contract catering business in Cambridge. This is a great opportunity to take on a key role in a unique and rewarding environment, offering daytime hours with no evening or weekend work, where you will be working as Chef manager for a world renowned contract catering company.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Chef day to day-primarily during lunch service
* Oversee food preparation for:
o Breakfast: 25 covers
o Lunch: 8090 covers
o Hospitality: Working lunches
* Manage day-to-day kitchen operations, including compliance and stock control
* Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety
* Liaise with the client and ensure smooth delivery of catering services
Requirements:
* Level 3 Food Safety qualification (FSL3)
* Minimum of 3 years experience
* At least 2 years experience in operational and financial kitchen management
* Confident with Microsoft Office and bespoke catering systems
* Strong communication skills with both team members and clients
* Must live within an easy commute of Cambridge
