Role Overview
We are looking for a talented, creative, resourceful, and open-minded individual to join our London office, offering an exciting opportunity to grow professionally within a fast-growing company.
You will combine graphic design principles with animation and visual effects techniques to create engaging and dynamic digital content. Your main objective will be to bring static images, logos, text, and illustrations to life in order to tell stories, explain processes, and enhance visual communication across digital platforms and social media.
This is a hybrid role that requires both strong graphic design skills (branding, visual composition) and technical animation capabilities.
You will work closely with the creative teams and the Marketing department, particularly on internal communication projects.
Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design: Create visual assets for campaigns, social media, banners, logos, and editorial materials.
Motion Graphics: Animate graphics, typography, and visual elements for videos, advertisements, and presentations.
Concept Development: Develop storyboards and animatics to visualize narratives prior to production.
Editing & Post-Production: Edit video content, integrate visual effects, and refine pacing and visual flow.
Brand Consistency: Ensure all creative output aligns with brand guidelines and visual identity standards.
Format Adaptation: Adapt and version animations for different platforms (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube, TV, and event screens).
Required Profile
Degree in Graphic Design, Audiovisual Communication, Fine Arts, or equivalent experience.
Strong knowledge of composition, typography, color theory, visual storytelling, and animation techniques.
Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Cinema 4D, and AI tools or similar software.
Intermediate level of English.
Highly creative with strong aesthetic sensitivity and the ability to work under pressure.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
