The Opportunity
We are seeking an ambitious Associate (35 years PQE) to join a respected Private Wealth team. This is an exciting opportunity to manage a high-quality caseload focused on high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs, trustees, landowners, and charities.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle succession planning, trusts, wills, and estate administration matters.
* Offer tailored legal advice on tax mitigation and wealth preservation strategies.
* Collaborate with financial advisers, accountants, and offshore professionals.
* Deliver outstanding client care and build long-lasting client relationships.
* Support internationally mobile clients with UK estate and tax matters.
* Work with a contentious probate team to advise executors, trustees, and beneficiaries.
Requirements
* 35 years PQE in private wealth or private client law.
* Expertise in drafting wills, trusts, and complex estate planning documents.
* Experience advising high-net-worth individuals and families.
* Strong commercial awareness and a solutions-focused mindset.
* Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
* Familiarity with cross-border issues and international estate planning is desirable.
