About the Role:
We are looking for a Sales Manager to drive new business growth within the digital transformation and cloud services space. This is an individual contributor role to start, with the potential to build and lead a sales team in the future.
What You’ll Do:
* Identify, engage, and close new business opportunities with mid-market and enterprise clients.
* Develop and execute a sales strategy for cloud transformation, IT modernisation, and managed services solutions.
* Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
* Work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Lay the groundwork for future team expansion and leadership opportunities.
What We’re Looking For:
✅ 5-10 years of sales experience in digital/cloud transformation, IT managed services, cloud migration, or IT modernisation.
✅ A proven track record of hunting and closing new business.
✅ Strong knowledge of cloud technologies, digital transformation, and IT infrastructure.
✅ Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
