ERP Evolution is a multi‑year programme to modernise and harmonise GSK onto a single global operating platform, this will be delivered through nine deployment waves over the next five years. As we prepare for Wave 0, we're looking for an ICT Deployment SME to join the ICT process team and play a crucial role in ensuring a successful transition of ICT—Intercompany Transfer Pricing, Actuals Reporting, Standard Setting and Standard Maintenance—into S/4HANA.
This is a unique opportunity to work across GSC, LOCs, Hubs and Trading Partner Finance, supporting end‑to‑end deployment activities through testing, cutover and hyper‑care.
Key responsibilities
As the ICT Deployment SME, you will be at the heart of a global transformation, ensuring processes, data and people are ready for S/4 adoption. You will:
1. Build, maintain and own the ICT workstream action plan, aligned to programme milestones.
2. Execute testing scenarios across informal cycles, DIL and UAT phases.
3. Support test data loads (TDL), dress rehearsals, and production data loads (PDL).
4. Collaborate closely with programme teams to resolve data mapping and TDL defects.
5. Contribute to data cleansing and drive remediation activities to improve data quality.
6. Conduct business change impact assessments and manage resulting actions.
7. Update market-specific documentation including LSOPs, Knowledge Articles and Taxonomies.
8. Refresh training materials and deliver instructor‑led sessions to BAU users where required.
9. Support cutover planning and execution, ensuring a smooth transition to S/4.
10. Provide hyper‑care and first‑line support post‑go‑live.
11. Flex to deliver additional activities essential to Wave 0 readiness.
